Please read the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully before using this Website. By accessing, browsing, or using any services of this Website, registering an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately cease using this Website.

  • "Buyer", "User", or "You": Refers to any individual, business entity, or legal entity that accesses, browses, uses the services of, or makes a purchase on this Website.
  • "Seller" or "We": Refers to "Man Fung Department Store Online Shop", its owners, operators, and affiliates.

2. User Eligibility & Account

2.1 User Eligibility

Users who conduct transactions on this Website must be aged 18 or above. If a user is a minor under the age of 18, they must use this Website under the consent and continuous supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall assume full legal and financial responsibility for all actions and transactions conducted by the minor user on this Website.

2.2 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, and you are responsible for updating such information promptly. You must securely safeguard your account credentials and password, and must not transfer or lend your account to any third party. Any orders or activities generated through your account shall be deemed your personal act, and you shall assume sole liability. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

2.3 Suspension & Termination of Account

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your member account and cancel any unfulfilled orders at any time without prior notice if we find that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent transactions, maliciously abused promotional offers, or submitted false information. Upon termination, the user remains obligated to fulfill payment and legal duties for contracts formed prior to termination.

3. Scope of Services & Modifications

This Website provides services including online browsing of household items, product ordering, online payment processing, logistics delivery, store pick-up scheduling, and customer support. We reserve the absolute right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or terminate any feature or promotional campaign of this Website at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by system maintenance or downtime.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

4.1 Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order through this Website constitutes a purchase offer. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the actual availability of stock. If a product is out of stock, pricing on the system is erroneous, payment verification fails, or delivery is unfeasible due to logistics limitations, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order and will notify you via phone or email regarding full refund arrangements.

4.2 Formation of Electronic Contract

Pursuant to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) of Hong Kong, electronic contracts carry the same legal validity as physical paper contracts. A binding sales contract is officially formed and becomes effective when our system dispatches an "Order Confirmation" notice to your registered email address.

4.3 Non-Modifiable Orders & Urgent Changes

Since orders immediately enter an automated packing and logistics process upon confirmation, the system instantly transmits data to the relevant merchants or warehouses for dispatch; therefore, confirmed orders cannot be altered or cancelled by customers online. For erroneous delivery details (such as address or phone number), please contact our customer service immediately for manual intervention. However, due to packing progress constraints, we cannot guarantee that the order can be successfully intercepted or corrected.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on this Website are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices on the online shop may vary from our physical retail stores; the selling price of an item shall strictly be governed by the price shown in the online shopping cart at the time of checkout. Unless otherwise specified, listed prices exclude logistics shipping fees and special area surcharges.

5.2 Payment Methods & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Faster Payment System (FPS), PayMe, AlipayHK, and WeChat Pay HK. All orders must be paid in full upon submission. Transactions are processed via an international-standard third-party secure payment gateway utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This Website does not store your complete credit card credentials or pin numbers.

6. Delivery & Store Pick-up Terms

6.1 Home Delivery & Free Shipping Threshold

Free Hong Kong local delivery service is provided for a single order with a net purchase amount of HK$500 or above (excluding items dispatched directly by vendors, and excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay). For orders with a net purchase amount below HK$500, a home delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged. Delivery services are currently unavailable for outlying islands and restricted frontier zones.

6.2 Additional Surcharges

Surcharges for special regions are specified as follows: HK$150 for Tung Chung / Siu Ho Wan / Disneyland; HK$200 for Ma Wan; and HK$200 for Discovery Bay. If the delivery address does not have elevator access and requires walking up stairs, an additional stairs fee of HK$30 per floor will be charged. Any parking fees, entry registration fees, or miscellaneous logistics expenses incurred at the above locations will be collected on a reimbursement basis in cash by the courier upon delivery.

6.3 Store Pick-up Service Conditions

Free store pick-up service at designated branches is available for orders with a net purchase amount of HK$100 or above. Branches provide a 5-day free storage period. Orders not picked up within this period will incur an administrative fee of HK$20 per day starting from the 6th day. For orders left uncollected over an extended period despite reminders, we reserve the right to treat the items as abandoned by the user, and the order will be processed as an "un-deliverable order". The pick-up location cannot be changed once the order is generated.

6.4 Delivery Attempt Limits & Third-Party Collection Disclaimer

Each home delivery order is limited to a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to the Buyer being uncontactable, absent, or refusing delivery, the goods will be returned to the warehouse for disposal, and the order will be automatically cancelled with no refund provided. If the customer requests items to be left at the doorstep, reception, or management office, our company shall not be liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage, and no compensation will be issued.

6.5 Processing Fee for Un-deliverable Orders

When an order is returned due to an invalid address, multiple failed deliveries with no one answering, or failure to collect within the time frame, we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fees, and 15% of the total product value as an "un-deliverable order processing fee" from the refund, and the remainder will be refunded to the original payment method. If a re-delivery is requested, the customer must pay the full additional shipping costs.

6.6 Inclement Weather Arrangements

All delivery and customer support services will be suspended when the Hong Kong Observatory announces an upcoming or active Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. Delivery times after 4:00 PM on Saturdays and all day on Sundays are excluded from standard working day calculations.

7. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

All after-sales requests must strictly comply with our Website's *Return & Exchange Policy*. Customers may submit an application to customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods (or receiving the store collection notice). Except for factory defects or incorrect items sent by us, opened personal hygiene products, food, beverages, and opened clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Shipping costs for returns due to product defects are borne by us; returns due to personal reasons are fully borne by the customer. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 working days.

8. Coupons, Discount Codes, and Promotional Campaigns

All coupons, discount codes, or reward points issued by this Website have designated validity periods and minimum spending thresholds, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Only one discount code can be used per order. If we discover any abuse of coupons (including but not limited to system vulnerabilities or malicious script manipulation), we reserve the right to revoke such orders and seek legal recourse for damages.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this Website (including text, trademarks, logos, product photographs, user interface design, layouts, graphics, and videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Man Fung Department Store or its authorized suppliers, protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property and copyright laws. Without prior formal written authorization, no one may copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, use for commercial purposes, or conduct data scraping/crawling.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Product images and descriptions on this Website are for reference only; actual packaging and specifications shall be governed by the physical items. We do not guarantee that the website system will operate uninterrupted or entirely free of technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law (including but not limited to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, Cap. 71), our maximum liability for any single order contract shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by the Buyer to us for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or consequential incidental damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any unresolved disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of goods shall first be settled through good-faith amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

12. Right of Amendment and Miscellaneous

Man Fung Department Store Online Shop reserves the absolute right to amend, add, or delete any part of these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated Date" at the top without individual notice. Your continued use of this Website after amendments implies your full acceptance of the revised terms. The final right of interpretation belongs to Man Fung Department Store. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
