How to Report Product Issues

Welcome to Man Fung After-Sales Support Center. We are here to help resolve your post-purchase inquiries.

If you discover any damage, missing items, or quality defects upon signing for your package, please record the condition of the goods with photos or videos immediately. Contact our after-sales specialists within 7 days from the delivery date (based on the logistics tracking record) to report the issue. We regret that late requests cannot be processed.

💬 Reporting Process via After-Sales Specialist

Please prepare your "Order Number", "Name and Quantity of the Defective Product", along with "Clear Photos or Videos of the Damage", and send them to us via the following channels:

* Once your complete documentation is received, our specialists will typically complete verification and case approval within 2-3 working days. Upon verification that the items meet the criteria, our specialist will contact you and arrange for you to fulfill the exchange or return process at a designated physical store.

Items requested for return or exchange must strictly meet the following conditions:

(a) Brand New & Unopened

All returned goods must retain their complete original outer packaging and remain unopened, unwashed, and unused.

(b) Complete Accessories

All matching parts, accessories, user manuals, blank warranty cards, free gifts, and promotional redemption rewards must be returned entirely intact.

(c) Proof of Purchase

The original invoice, receipt, or the electronic order confirmation record must be presented as proof during the exchange or return procedure.

⚠️ Special Note: If you fail to fully provide or return the required original packaging, documents, or items mentioned above, our company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse the return or exchange application. Our company also reserves the right to refuse the replacement of any goods that have not been verified by our customer service specialists or have been signed for over 7 days.
