Directions for Use
● Step 1
Before using Speedtox smoke insecticide, please close all doors and windows, and remove fish tanks, pets, and plants from the treatment area. Cabinet doors and drawers can be opened for optimal results.
● Step 2
Open the foil bag inside the plastic container and remove the round metal can. Do not tear or puncture the red seal on the metal can.
● Step 3
Pour clean water into the plastic container up to the fill line at the bottom (water depth approx. 1 cm). Do not overfill to ensure optimal evaporation.
● Step 4
Ensure the red seal on the metal can is facing upwards, place the can back into the water-filled plastic container, and attach the plastic lid.
● Step 5
Place the Speedtox smoke insecticide unit in the center of the room. The water reacts with the contents inside the can to generate heat, releasing smoke within 1–2 minutes. Doors and windows must remain closed for 2–3 hours. For best results, keep closed for 6 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
▶Is this product suitable for rooms with pregnant women or infants?
Avoid inhaling the spray during use. Enter the room only after it has been fully ventilated (approx. 1 hour).
▶How should clothing and bedding exposed to the smoke be treated?
Clean them using a vacuum cleaner or brush, or air them in direct sunlight.
▶What is the best way to clean furniture, floors, or carpets? How thoroughly should they be cleaned after use?
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove pest carcasses from furniture surfaces, floors, and carpets. (Flea carcasses and droppings are common causes of allergies.)
▶What is the best way to handle computers, TVs, and other electrical appliances?
Cover electrical appliances such as flat-screen TVs, computers, and audio equipment with towels and store them in plastic bags or boxes. For other appliances, refer to the pre-operation preparation list for fumigators.
▶Will the smoke or fumigation trigger fire alarms or smoke alarms?
Smoke or fumigation will not trigger heat (temperature) sensors, but will trigger optical smoke sensors.
