Frequently asked questions

How does the dual drinking spout work?
Unscrew the lid, then sip from the built-in straw while holding the bottle upright, or tilt it to drink through the spout.

Can it hold hot or carbonated drinks?
FreeSip Twist accepts cold, hot and carbonated beverages. Pressure can build up with hot or carbonated drinks, so open carefully. Never drink liquid hot enough to scald through the straw.

How should I clean it?
Wash before first use. Remove the straw and spout for cleaning. Hand-wash the bottle and lid, air-dry, and refit the gaskets correctly. Do not microwave, freeze or boil the bottle.
